Fractal White Tiger June 2018 Update
This is actually more of a May update than June. I did not add any stitches to my Charting Creations Fractal White Tiger project in April.
I did manage to add 1,603 stitches to this piece between May 2nd and May 8th. Would you believe I have not touched a needle since then? (I am going through serious withdrawals.) So, no stitches were added in June either.
I am eager to see how much progress I can make in July.
Happy Stitching,
Renee

Here's where I started:
And here's the end of May:

Winnie the Pooh II: April-May updates
Hello friends, it's been a busy spring and I forgot to post April so today we'll do a double update. I've given it 2 weekends, or about 5 days since then. Previous progress:
Current progress:
I have stitched on 4 columns since then, or about 2000 stitches. The empty area will be Tigger pushing Piglet in a wheelbarrow, stitched over 1, in the background. That is the most complex of all the over 1 sections and the pattern directions say to stitch it last. The little bit of grey at the edge of the column, beneath Tigger, is Eyeore's tail. I'm pretty excited because the next few columns will reveal the rest of Eyeore.

Winnie the Pooh II March update
Hello friends, March was a good stitchy month. Winnie the Pooh only got 2 days, but that was enough to get about 1500 stitches. Previous:
I finished page 2 (upper right) using blending filament and also filled in some ninja stitches. Backstitching did not seem appealing so I moved onto the next page (bottom left). The first two columns, including the bottom corner, are finished. It was fun to stitch those bright reds & pinks, but that entire area will be covered in a plethora of french knots. Good thing I don't mind french knots, but those will be done last as I don't like having them rolled up on the scroll.

Sarah's March update
I finally finished the birds!
My favorite season to stitch: winter.
My least favorite season to stitch: spring.
My favorite one to look at: fall.
Favorite little detail: the berries in the summer season.
I am now working on HAED, Magical Arrival by Anne Stokes. I finished page one and just barely got started on page two.

Fractal White Tiger March 2018 Update
This month I met my goal and finished page 7 of my Charting Creations Fractal White Tiger cross-stitch, based on artwork by Ricky Barnard. (I know March 31st is tomorrow, but the progress will be the same.)
Here is a closer view. 1,965 tent stitches were added.
Next month I will be working on pages 11 and 12. The bottom of page 12 will begin to reveal the nose, so I am really motivated to see more progress.
4 of 30 pages are finished. The project is over 15% complete.
Happy Stitching,
-Renee

Winnie the Pooh February 2018 Update
In February, I worked on Winnie the Pooh 3 days and eked out about 1200 stitches. My rotation is a bit different this year and my "Pooh" days don't necessarily fall on a weekend, but slow & steady progress will add up in the end. Previous progress:
Now:
I stitched down the far right edge (1.5 columns) down to the midline, stitched the owl 1x1 (just right of the blue balloon), and started the far left column on bottom half (page 3). My goals for March will be to finish page 2 (the upper right), which will involve blending filament to fill in those stitches on the tree trunk, as well as some backstitch. Hopefully there will be time to continue on page 3 as well. Happy stitching everyone!

Fractal White Tiger February 2018 Update
It was my hope to finish page 7 on my Charting Creations Fractal White Tiger (artwork by Ricky Barnard) this month. Unfortunately, I only managed 210 stitches. If you look next to the eye, you might be able to see it is filled in a tiny bit more. Finishing page 7 is now my March goal.
Wishing you all wonderful stitching time!

Sarah's February birds
February was all about backstitching.
I added a couple little leaves and finished the bird at the bottom. I wasn't happy with how light the stitches were on the wire feeder so I went over that with a darker thread. Fall is almost done, then on to Summer!
